As part of this course, you will be engaging with your peers in discussion forums. There may also be opportunities to practice English with your peers. As a requirement of entry to the course, you are required at all times to:

- treat your fellow students with the same respect as you would face to face.
- not share your personal information with fellow students.
- choose online friends wisely.
- respect everyone’s privacy.
- focus on the topic of discussion, not the people discussing the topics.
- express your views sensitively and respectfully.
- accept that co-students will have opinions that are different from yours (and that's OK).
- disagree and exchange points of view politely and respectfully.
- do not discuss religion, sex, or politics on this platform.
2. ARC Zero Tolerance Policy
ARC has a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful behavior in our courses. If you engage in disrespectful, bad, or illegal behavior, this may result in you being ejected from the course. For detailed information, please go to our website.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in OpenLearn, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to AUC. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content of the website without prior written consent from AUC.
